I need to cancel / amend my order, what do I do?
Our warehouse team are super quick at processing your brewtiful orders so if your order needs to be edited or cancelled please let us know as soon as possible!

What is the minimum amount for an order?
If you are ordering from the pick n mix section, the min. order is 12 units. However, if you are ordering any of the other listings, i.e. 12 x 330ml bottles of Kingfisher, this would count as 1 order. No minimum required.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments will be processed through Paypal.
What does your packaging look like?
We ensure that your drinks arrive in unbranded boxes (to avoid anyone being tempted to take them before you have had the chance to enjoy them).
Inside your box will be a leaflet to share our brand with you (or your recipient) and a copy of the order (along with your personal message if you have included one on your order).
No prices will be included in the delivery note in case it is a gift.

We aim to reply to our emails within 48 hours of receiving them.
For Order Issues, we aim to resolve within 10 working days.
Do you ship worldwide?
Our shipping takes place from the UK, and if DPD (our delivery partner) can accommodate a delivery to your country they will (however, please note it may be expensive).
What are the delivery rates?
Delivery rates are all set by our delivery partner DPD, and it depends on the address location and number of cases ordered. Once you get to checkout, it will calculate your delivery rate.
How is delivery managed?
We are partnered with DPD to get your beverages safely to their final destination of enjoyment in one piece. All delivery costs are calculated based on your order size and postcode, and charged at DPD rates.
How soon can I get my drinks delivered?
For UK mainland deliveries, DPD offers a “next day” delivery service, so as long as your order is complete before midday on a working day (Mon-Fri), it should be with you the next working day. Should you order after midday, your order will be delivered within 2 days.
Can I track my order?
Once our warehouse have carefully packed your order, you will receive an email from us with your tracking details. If you provided a mobile number, you should also receive a text from the courier with the tracking details.
What happens if my parcel gets lost?
If you have been unable to locate your delivery, the first thing to do check is whether the courier has specified the safe place or neighbour they have delivered to.
There are limited options for the driver to pick on their device for safe places, so if you see a strange scan - "under door mat" when we know beers can’t be disguised under a doormat - please get in touch with us via telephone 01622 902145.
If we still can't help you locate your order we will follow our lost parcel procedures, during which we ask you to complete our lost parcel form so we can provide further information to the courier.

How should I store my beer?
Store your lager and cider in the fridge. An average fridge in the home takes approx. 4-6 hours to chill a beverage to the perfect temperature.
Some people like their Ales cold, others at room temperature, we shall let you decide your preference on that.
The other thing to watch out for is light - particularly sunlight. Never store a beer in the sun as it damages the flavour.
What is the best before date on these drinks?
We endeavour to ensure all drinks delivered are enjoyable within 8 weeks. Most will actually be enjoyable for up to 6 months – please see best before dates on individual bottles.
